Album Slider adds a horizontal scrolling strip of albums (or any shortcode content) to a page.
How to Use
- In the block editor, add the Album Slider block (Media category).
- Click Add slide for each item.
- In each slide field, paste a shortcode — typically a Music Catalogue playlist or album shortcode, e.g.
[music_catalogue_playlist slug="your-library" playlist_id="UUID"] - Set Album height in the block sidebar (default 200px).
- Optionally set alignment to Wide or Full.
On your WordPress page
- Arrows move between slides.
- Dots show the current position.
- Each slide renders its shortcode at the chosen height.
Tips
- One shortcode per slide.
- Empty slides are ignored.
- Works best with compact shortcodes (playlist cards, album cards, mini players).
